Nathalie Emmanuel
Nathalie Emmanuel, a British actress best known for the part as Missandei (HBO's fantasy epic Game of Thrones) from the year 2011 until 2019, was an British actor. Emmanuel grew up in Southend-on-the-Sea an area of Essex and found herself drawn to the performing arts at an early age. Nathalie began taking singing, acting, and dancing lessons around the age of three. Her parents were immediately delighted. Emmanuel was a highly skilled performer and actress. The role she was given was an infant Nala by The West End of "The Lion King" during the latter half of 1990. Emmanuel was a candidate for roles in film and television when she was just a teenager. The actress got her first major breakthrough in 2007, when she began playing Sasha Valentine on the British soap opera "Hollyoaks" (Channel 4 in 1995- ). Emmanuel played Sasha Valentine for four years until she left Hollyoaks by the year 2010. Emmanuel's breakthrough moment followed three years later. she was cast as Missandei who was the translator for the character Daenerys Targaryen (portrayed by Emilia Clarke), on HBO's "Game of Thrones." Emmanuel was to reprise her role in every subsequent seasons of "Game of Thrones"" right up until the finale of the show on May 19, 2019.
